1. Does Impact Sign & Apparel do embroidery and screen printing in house?
All apparel decoration and signs are performed in house...There Is No Middle Man!


2. Does Impact offer online ordering/shopping cart?
Yes. We have implemented a state-of-the-art online t-shirt designer named Inkit. Users can design their own shirts, select the quantities and purchase the order safely and securely from the web. The online designer is a great function for people who want to design their own shirts, but for those who wish to utilize our art department, we are happy to service your needs. Just call us at 877-743-8337.


3. Does the Impact art department use clipart?
All artwork performed by our in-house art dept. is unique to each individual customer.


4. I really like all of the products that Impact offers but I am unsure why I need them.
All the items and products we provide contribute to marketing and promotion. No matter what type of organization, proper marketing and promotion is the bloodline of success. Signs, Apparel, & Promotional Products offer the top return on investment (ROI) of any other forms of advertising.

5. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easier than you might think. Go to our Ordering Information page for details.


6. Does Impact Sign & Apparel have a minimum order for screen printing or embroidery?
We have very low minimums at Impact Sign & Apparel. While there are more cost effective options depending on artwork, the minimum order for screen printing is only 12 pieces, for embroidery the minimum is only 6 pieces.


7. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept company checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and in-person cash payments. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders. PayPal payments will be available soon.


8. Can I get a sample of the product I'm interested in?
Our preferred proofing method is a "virtual sample". While physical samples are available, they will not be customized with your artwork/logo. Click here for an example of a virtual sample.


9. Do you have a catalog?
We have many catalogs available that include available apparel and promotional products. The number of items can be overwhelming so it is recommended to view our apparel catalogs online or searching here for promotional products. If you would like to request a paper catalog please email sales@impactsignandapparel.com noting the items you're interested in.


10. What types of promotional products do you offer?
There are hundreds of thousands of promotional products available. Click here to search or browse the database.


11. Can you use my existing artwork?
Yes. Click to learn how to submit artwork. You can also use our online designer named Inkit to upload your art and order your shirts.


12. Do you offer color matching?
We offer color matching using the Pantone Matching System (PMS).


13. Can I place a rush order?
Yes, we offer rush orders. Contact our office toll free at 1-877-743-8337 for more information.


14. Do you offer fulfillment services?
We offer fulfillment services for a small fee.


15. How will my items be delivered or shipped?
We deliver locally on a per order basis with prearrangements. We also ship UPS nationwide on a daily basis.


16. Do you install signs?
Yes. Call our offices for details about sign installation and bucket truck service.


17. What are your hours?
Monday-Friday from 9am to 5:30pm EST. Appointments can be made for Saturday by contacting our office.
